Missouri S&T student earns IGERT grant

A Ph.D. student from Missouri University of Science and Technology will further his research in lithium-ion batteries through an Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship (IGERT) at the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU). His traineeship is funded by a five-year, $3 million grant awarded to MU by the National Science Foundation.

Missouri University of Science and Technology has received $200,775 from the ExxonMobil Foundation as part of the company’s 2013 Educational Matching Program.
