A Ph.D. student from Missouri University of Science and Technology will further his research in lithium-ion batteries through an Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship (IGERT) at the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU). His traineeship is funded by a five-year, $3 million grant awarded to MU by the National Science Foundation.

Philharmonia Quartett Berlin, a string quartet founded in 1984 by the principal concert master and the string section leaders of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, will kick off the 2014-2015 Campus Performing Arts Series at Missouri University of Science and Technology this fall.

Yin receives NSF CAREER Award
