High school students curious about a career in engineering are invited to attend one of three camps at Missouri S&T this summer. The unique camps provide an excellent opportunity to learn first-hand what engineers actually do and get a taste of campus life. Openings remain in the three sessions of Jackling Introduction to Engineering camps, scheduled for June 14-18, June 21-25 and July 5-9.
The five-day camps are open to students who will be high school juniors and seniors in the fall. Students who stay on campus in one of Missouri S&T's residence halls pay $475, which includes all meals, course materials and lab supplies. Students who commute daily pay $375, which includes lunch and dinner, course materials and lab supplies. The registration deadline is one week before each session begins and is limited to 150 students per session.
