Missouri S&T will present the next event in the 2008-09 School Outreach Program, "Jason and the Argonauts," at 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, and at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25. The performances will be held in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall, 10th and Main streets in Rolla, Mo. The 9:30 performance on Nov. 24 is sold out; however, tickets remain for the other two shows. All tickets are $3.50 each.
"Jason and the Argonauts," is performed by Scotland's Visible Fictions, two versatile actors who tell the story of Jason's journey to find and return the Golden Fleece and reclaim his rightful throne from his evil uncle. This entertaining show is aimed at fifth- and sixth-grade students.
