The 51st annual Asphalt Conference will be held at Missouri University of Science and Technology on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 9-10.
Presentations will be given on asphalt availability and pricing, the Asphalt Index, shingle mixes, warm mix, energy-saving ideas at the plant, rubberized asphalt, foamed asphalt, fractionated aggregate blending, paver compaction, case histories of mistakes to avoid, and a Missouri Department of Transportation specification and research update.
Organizers say the conference will be of interest to contractors, public agencies, consulting engineers, testing labs, aggregate producers, asphalt binder suppliers and equipment technical representatives.
